No 4G connection abroad with new Vodafone prepaid simcard

Hi

I bought a pre paid sim card (4GB) in Nederland, inserted the sim card to my iphone while aborad. It was not activating until I top uped 5 euros. 

It was activated for a moment and then my balanced got zero without making a call or etc and then I received a message that my balance 0.

I have the roaming on and I can see I have 4gb data bundle not used but still when I turn on data, I can not use internet. 

I also checked APN settings and it is correct.

What else I need to do ?

I'm sorry to read that you can't use data with your new Vodafone prepaid simcard. Mostly we advise to activate the simcard in the Netherlands instead of abroad. I would love to check a few things for you. Can you please add your mobile phone number in your Community account?

I have contacted your colleagues already and they told me it is not possible to use bundles in prepaid sims outside of Nederlands.
