New subscription problem - Black Friday Red Essential

When I sign up for a new Red Essential subscription (as a Ziggo member) and enter my ID number (passport), I get the error message 'Please enter a valid document number.' but only when I press submit. Before that it gets a green tick. It is the correct number.

Could you please help resolve this? I tried to phone the support number however I can't understand Dutch so don't understand the options unfortunately. And I would like to be eligible for the Black Friday promotion.

This is a problem I can not fix via the Community, unfortunately. You can also chat with us: http://voda.fo/ne/gh0oh. Maybe that is a better option for you. The Black Friday promotion is still possible today!
