Network Issues on Blackberry - Whatsapp

Hi All
 
I have a work BB and whatsapp was working fine. Now it states that whatsapp does not have permission to access the network.
 
I have spoken to work and it is not an issue with the phone nor have they changed the settings of the phone.
 
Any suggestions on what may be the issue?

I used to have the same problem once when I got a new BlackBerry.
I'm totally addicted to my BlackBerry so I instantly had a panic-attack. Nothing helped until I called the Vodafone Customer Services.
They added my number to a BlackBerry registry (or something like that). He said that there was a link on the website to do this.
Maybe that will help you too.  ( Unfortunately I don't have the link)
