My Vodafone not switching from Prepaid to Subscription

I recently upgraded from Prepaid to a Subscription. My SIM card is working fine and I am using as a Subscription user, but when I go to My Vodafone, it says Prepaid and then a blank page. It's not showing my phone details as a Subscription user.

That's right, you'll need to re-enter these as well. Delete your account and create a new one. If necessary, you can contact Vodafone customer service. These people certainly want to help you.
