IJsland YOU data being charged for

Hello,

In Iceland, I am being charged for data despite having a YOU bundle which, according to the website, is valid in Iceland. So the data I use should come off the bundle allowance, but it isn't.

Please advise.

You can call the customerservice for this. They can check where it goes wrong and make a case for our technical departement. From here we can't go into the systems. This is because of your privacy and questions are answered by other Vodafone users.
