I payed for new subscription with telephone

Hello, i made an order for new subscription and phone, i received the summary  a made the one-time payment but still i dont have any information.

Yet the money are gone but the information is missing.

I can imagine that you want more information about your order and when you will receive your new phone. Unfortunately you don't have filled in any information in your Community profile, so I couldn't check anything. I would advise you to call with our department 'Status Order' on 0800 - 0560. They can check your order and provide you more information about it.

What information do you need more.

i tryed to call this number but everything is in Dutch.

Can you fill in the ordernumber on this page after 'Persoonlijke informatie' ? I will check if I can find any information about it. However, I don't have the same extensive options for this as our department 'Status Order'. So it may still be necessary to call them, but if that's the case I will guide you through the selection menu 🙂
