How can I resume my subscription after pausing it?

I paused my subscription (which started in September) in March. Now I want to resume my subscription and I don't know how to do it.

Thankyou for adding this personal information. The Time-Out of your subscription is till 1 September 2024. I understand that you want to change this date and want to use your subscription as soon as possible. This request can be processed by a special department. I just created a case for this request: 14306889. You will get an update within a few days.

Hi,

thanks for your reply. The problem is I cannot contact the customer service. I want to message them but in the website it's always written that "we're in a conversation for a while". My phone number is 06**. And the reference number of my request (request to temporarily suspend subscription) is 13324388.
