Delete old My Ziggo account

I need to decouple vodafone and ziggo account and delete the old ziggo account that i dont use so that i can use my vodafon account again. I'm blocked at the moment.

Thankyou for filling in your Community profile, so I could check your My Vodafone en ''Mijn Ziggo'' accounts directly. With your e-mailadres an account for Mijn Ziggo was registered. I just removed this account. Within 24 hours you can register again with this e-mailadress for My Vodafone.
