Cannot Top Up with United States Credit Card

Hello,

Previously, I was always able to top up my prepaid account with my U.S. credit card. However, now I am not able to. The credit card keeps getting charged and showing pending amounts, but I continue to get an error when I try to top up my account to use a different payment method. I have tried multiple credit cards and they always get a pending charge on them, but it never goes through. Chat was unable to assist and calling 1200 couldn’t help, either. Is there a way Vodafone can make United States credit cards work again for top up?

One other uption you have is to buy from other dutch website who sells vodafone prepaid vouchers, like http://beltegoed.nl

you can pay there with creditcard and paypal, so maybe it works for you.

After you paid they just send u a vodafone prepaid voucher code to your email, wich u can use to top up your simcard.

Did you contact customersupport or did you topup through a different website @USEuropeTopUp1?
