Cancel subscription as moving out of country

Hi,
I have to move out of the country due to my current assignment and have the terminate the current contract for mobile.
As I have to end the prematurity, I am asked to pay the penalty, but while taking the subscription at the store, I told them that I may have to leave the country as I am an expat and my residence permit is valid till April 2018, it may or may not be extended. And they told if that's the case it won't be a problem to terminate.
But now I have been asked to pay the full year contract penality.
Please help

If you've got a subscription and you want to cancel it before it actually stops, you've to pay te rest of the subscription at one time. But please contact my colleagues on Facebook or Twitter, so they can check for you what the status of your subscription is.
