Bill too high

Hi all,
I have a subscription with a phone since April 2023.
First month I received the bill with the advance for the phone and all the monthly payment and everything was correct.
today I open the app and I see a bill that was almost 1000 euros, including the remaining payment of the phone and the remaining payment for the subscription. I have a subscription and loan for the phone for two years. 
Can I get any support ?

I can imagine that you were shocked by this invoice. Unfortunately isn't this something I can help you with at the Community. Please call or chat with our customer service to check what went wrong and to solve this.
