Bill problem????

My bill is to be paid automatically from bank account why i keep getting sms from vodafone to pay it? Please any answer in english...!!!

Please do not underestimated me, sir. Of course it is not paid. It was supposed to be paid on 18 Feb 14. But, i am receiving an sms every 3-4 days from 1200 number advising me to pay my bill through my vodafone page. It is the first bill i 've got, maybe there is still a conflict on payment method but since it is stated on the first page of the bill, i suppose no problem should occur whatsoever.

You should contact customer support regarding this, there might be a problem. This is not something we can solve at the Vodafone Forum. Customer support

Dear @SARROS ,

it was not my intention to underestimate you. I thought there might be a technical error in the vodafone system. is the direct debit set to a Dutch or foreign bank account? Perhaps that is the problem, since the introduction of the IBAN.
As already indicated above, we can not see your personal details on the forum. So for exact information you need to contact customer service.
