1GB Blox problem

Hi,
I just added 20 eurosto my account, because I wanted to buy a 1GB Blox, becuase the last one was over (before the month ended), but I can´t because in My Vodafone account says that is still activ, and if I send a SMS I recieve an error message saying that I can´t buy a new Blox, although it shows that I have no mre credit in that Blox and indeed, the 100MB Blox (per day) was automatically activated.

Hi Camilamartinez,

Could you tell me which BloX you've activated before? Some BloX are valid for one month and these need to be stopped manually, otherwise the BloX will be automatically renewed.
