10€ prepaid lasting less than one minute

I just recently moved to the Netherlands and set up Vodafone(NL) to avoid paying overseas costs from my last number, however I topped up 10€ on the account which runs out as soon as I turn my data on. I am unable to even send 1 message as receiving them is using it all. What can I do to change this?

I encountered the same problem just now. €23 disappeared within an hour without using my phone. I also asked the question in this community about what happened....

What strange that your balanced has reached zero after turning data on. Do you have some Apps who makes backups on your mobile network? 

I have topped up the balance with € 10. Sorry for the inconvenience.
