Sim Only Subscription Issue

Im trying to apply for a sim only subscription but strangely, in the personal data page it asks for my phone number. I don’t have a dutch number. It does not let me proceed with my number from another country. You cant also leave it blank. So I cannot but subscription.

Need help here
