Trying to call 1300 AU number and it says don’t have enough prepaid credit

Hi, 

I am trying to call a 1300 number in Australia (for international callers). When I try to call a voice says I do not have enough credit, but I have €25 credit and also bought the VOORDEEL WERELD bundle which should give me 50mins. I really need to make this call, can you please advise how I can call? Thanks

What kind of number is it? If it is a premium rate number, your credit may not be sufficient. If you can't figure it out, it's best to call customer service.
