If I am not at home to pick up the order, will the delivery guy return the package to you or I’ll be able to pick it up in the delivery office? Thank you!

I like to explain more about your order. Are you not at home when the postman is at the door? Then there is a note in the mail. Indicate online with PostNL when they can deliver the package again. If you don't do anything, the postman will come again the next day. Are you not at home then? Then the package will be returned to us.

With a new discription it is not possible to pick it up. This is because all of the details will be checked (including your bankaccount number) @Xyyxs
